Every morning I made myself breakfast time at the home since Tony had practice early. I picked up some organic eggs through the store and also have been obsessed over the delicious orange yolks. I ate them with a handful of granola and almond milk.

I decided to get the kale and brussels sprouts salad with chicken. You guys, honestly it was one of the better salads I’ve ever had. All of those other trip I held hinting at Tony that I wanted to return ASAP because that salad. YUM.

Lastly was a restaurant from the beaten route. We love discovering new places to look at, especially little openings in the wall with incredible, authentic food! Tonite we had a serious mexican food craving and Az has a lot of good spots to look at so I looked the internets for a few recommendations.

We finally arrived at one I had been dying to try, but unfortunately there was an hour wait around and it was one of those times where you just can’t bear to not eat right at that moment. Shortly after Yelp led us to Anaya’s Mexican cafe and again, it had been SO GOOD. Just look at Tony’s plate of meals. I wish I would have taken an image of the aftermath because he demolished the entire plate of food. Yep, literally ATE IT ALL. I don’t know how he will it.

I did so what I do very best. Skinny margaritas + potato chips + salsa. Some people don’t know how to make a thin margarita, but this place did and I was oh therefore happy.
