I think perhaps one of the most essential things in any relationship is finding someone who can make you laugh. Or who it is possible to laugh along with. I’m an enormous goofball (and quite weird), so getting somebody that understands my sense of humor is essential.

Oh, I think I forgot to inform you guys I actually am dating. Not serious relationship dating, just having a great time and looking for that little laughter in my own life. Good, correct? Well certainly for whoever I date it’s good. I mean, the type of guy can resist newly baked cookies and mexican meals for dinner?

You can find reasons I cannot bypass cooking for all of my dates – food is a significant attachment. That is why I only bake the life-changing cookies when I REALLY like someone. Because after those cookies, there is absolutely no turning back.

Anyway I’ll preserve you posted about all of that… just like you care. But let’s pretend you choose to do, because frankly I can’t just talk about tacos all day long.

OH WAIT, yes I can…

MMMMMMM TACOS. Tacos are often good. ALWAYS!

And that’s why I made them for you personally!

Last but not least, you always need a small avocado, mango and cilantro to essentially take it altogether. I served mine in toasted corn tortillas, but flour or low-carb would also work well; it’s your decision!

Think about this another man-bait formula.

2 teaspoons honey

1 tablespoon chili powder

salt and freshly floor dark pepper, to season

For slaw

2 tablespoons new chopped cilantro

1/4 cup zero fat sour cream

1 tablespoon clean lime juice

sodium and pepper, to taste

1 ripe mango, diced

Preheat grill to medium-high warmth. Place seafood in large ziploc bag and add essential olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic, chili natural powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Close handbag and therapeutic massage seasonings into seafood. Allow marinade for 20 minutes.

Prepare slaw: Inside a medium bowl combine cabbage, cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Put in place refrigerator.

Remove seafood from marinade and place onto popular grill. Grill catch 3-5 moments each aspect, it will vary with regards to the temperature of the grill. Typically the second side will take less time. Remove seafood to hot plate.

Barbeque grill tortillas for 10-20 secs each side. Separate fish similarly into tortillas, add slaw, and mango and avocado. Garnish with extra cilantro, if desired. Makes 8 tacos total; 2 tacos each.
