For the last month, I ate a significant amount of Mexican food, drank too many wine bottles, and consumed wayyyy an excessive amount of sugar. Discuss an overload. What I must say i need in my life (and perhaps yours, as well) is a little balance.

The glad tidings are that work finally seems to be slowing down and I’m planning for a couple of things including a blog redesign and a vacation to Australia!

Yes, my partner and I are headed down under for almost two weeks the following month! Our trip starts in Sydney, then we’re road tripping from Brisbane to Byron Bay, after that back with the Platinum Coast, and lastly finishing in Brisbane for just one of my darling friend’s wedding. She just delivered me an image from the bridesmaid’s dress and it’s beyond gorgeous!

Despite the fact that I briefly lived in Australia and explored, I’m excited to head back and do some adventuring! Above can be a picture of me at Byron Bay, the most eastern stage of Australia; it had been where I first learned to surf!

Anyway these parmesan green coffee beans… let’s just get straight to it!

They’re roasted and basically taste like french fries. I don’t know why, but roast any veggie and you get a france fry taste. Alright men, I admit it isn’t exactly like a people from france fry but they’re therefore delicious they may be just like addicting. I believe you know where I’m going here. Me trying to get you to definitely try these green coffee beans.

I came up with this recicpe after my daily supermarket visit to Whole Foods during the holidays. They presented creamy whipped lovely potatoes, turkey, cranberries, and these amazing roasted garlic clove green beans within the Hot bar.

I actually fell in loveeeeee.

Sometimes I like to put chopped basil or crimson pepper flakes if I’m feeling spicy.

But I usually feel spicy.

Ingredients

1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half

1 tablespoons essential olive oil (sufficient to coating the beans)

4 cloves of garlic, finely minced

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

freshly ground dark pepper

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425 levels F.

Place green beans and tomatoes in a large dish and add essential olive oil, garlic clove, salt and pepper, and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat beans.

Disseminate green beans on baking sheet and bake for 12-17 mins or until cheese melts and green beans are somewhat golden brown. Acts 4-6.

I love green beans!!

I actually used to pan-fry them with minced onions and garlic. Will attempt roasting them next time!
